Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Plans and Tools
The templates for project plans provided below are meant to be guides for you to use on projects. They are written such that you can use them “as is”—only needing to add your project-specific information. Alternatively, they can be altered depending upon the message you want to convey. Although there are instructions in the plan describing how to complete it, it is still important that the person writing the plan for your project have experience in the area.
Should you have questions, feel free to call the consultant who prepared the template. His or her name can be found next to the plans.
Tools are being developed to help you implement the plan. Below are some tools related to the plans you may use “as is” or adjust to scale to your project size and complexity.
If you have questions or would like to learn how we can help your project, please contact CA-PMO at (916) 873-7281 or email@example.com for a free consultation.
