Instructions for Reviewers
The Office of the Chief Information Officer and the California Public Utilities Commission have been collecting applications for the Broadband Technologies Opportunity Program (BTOP) from individuals and organizations from across California. We are receiving proposals every day to forward to the Round One Reviewers who have generously made it a priority to help evaluate them and ultimately assist our great state to compete for stimulus funding from the federal government.
